When you purchase eyewear from Ultimate Eye Care, you can be sure it is the finest quality available. That's why we back our eyewear with a full year warranty. If your frames or lenses break, under normal wearing conditions, we'll repair or offer a one-time replacement free. (Lost/stolen lenses are not covered.) ($15 shipping each on frame and/or lens will apply) Lenses without a scratch coating are not covered. Scratches that do not affect vision are not covered. Lenses can only be replaced with same prescription only. Trivex warranty=2 years.
While we carry over 800 frames, we realize you may desire a particular frame we do not carry in our office on a particular day. For $10 shipping (per vendor) we will order frames in for viewing with no obligation to you. If you decide to purchase the frame, the $10 will be applied to your order.
